Pick the base by line. Roppongi Station has the Hibiya and Oedo lines and four of these hotels within about 5 minutes of its exits. Roppongi-itchome is on the Namboku Line, Tameike-sanno adds the Ginza Line, and Kamiyacho, for Azabudai Hills, is on the Hibiya Line.
The ANA InterContinental says the Narita limousine bus stops at the hotel and its Haneda bus is currently not running. Check-in is 14:00 at remm Roppongi and 15:00 at the Mitsui Garden, Villa Fontaine Grand and Ritz-Carlton; check-out ranges from 11:00 to 12:00.
