Good to know

Ginza has no JR station, so the hotels here are measured against subway stations. The three hotels around Ginza 4- and 5-chome (Tokyu Stay Ginza, Millennium Mitsui Garden, Mitsui Garden Ginza-gochome) are 1 to 3 minutes from Higashi-Ginza Station, where the Keikyu Airport Line runs through to the Toei Asakusa Line; their own pages give about 30 minutes from Haneda. The hotels toward Shimbashi (Gracery, Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nanachome, Mitsui Garden Ginza Premier) are 5 to 8 minutes from JR Shimbashi, which has the Narita Express and the monorail connection from Haneda.

For Narita, the hotels' pages route you by Narita Express to Tokyo, Yurakucho or Shimbashi, by Keisei Skyliner and the subway, by Keisei trains through to Higashi-Ginza (Gracery gives about 1 hour 40 minutes), or by limousine bus: the Ginza Premier gets a bus that stops at the hotel (about 110 minutes), the two Ginza 5-chome Mitsui Garden hotels name the Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel stop (about 85 minutes), and Hotel Monterey Ginza lists a bus to Tokyo Station (about 80 minutes, ¥3,000).

Three hotels are labelled as edges because their addresses are not in Ginza: Imperial Hotel Tokyo (Hibiya, Chiyoda-ku) and Mercure Tokyo Hibiya (Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku) are on the Chiyoda side, and Park Hotel Tokyo (Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku) is in Shiodome. Also check before you book: the Imperial and Park Hotel Tokyo pages show their Haneda limousine bus as suspended, and Hotel Monterey's page says Ginza-itchome exit 11 is closed from 8 August 2026 to July 2030 (scheduled). For the whole city, see the Tokyo-wide guide under In depth.

The five bases side by side

Walking times and airport routes are the hotels' own figures. Rates move daily, so this table compares places, not prices. The hotels' pages do not give a walking time to Ginza 4-chome, so the second column uses the chome in each address.
