Good to know
Most of this list is within a few minutes' walk of JR Osaka Station. Kiji and Shin-Umeda Shokudogai are about 3 minutes from the station's Midosuji exit, the Hankyu, Hanshin and Daimaru food floors are 1 to 3 minutes away, and LUCUA is connected to the station. Takimi Koji, in the basement of the Umeda Sky Building, is about 7 minutes away. Ohatsutenjin-dori and Kita-Shinchi are separate streets nearby: Kita-Shinchi is by Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line, and Ohatsutenjin-dori lists six stations on its own site.
Hours split into two groups. The department-store food floors (Hankyu, Hanshin, Daimaru) run 10:00 to 20:00, while the restaurant floors above them run later: Hankyu 12F and 13F and the Hanshin 9F food hall to 22:00, and LUCUA's B2 and 10F and Grand Front Osaka's UMEKITA FLOOR to 23:00. Shin-Umeda Shokudogai, Ohatsutenjin-dori, Takimi Koji and Kita-Shinchi are collections of separate shops, each with its own hours and closed days.
One naming point: the JR station is Osaka; the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line station is Umeda. Daimaru's old restaurant floor has run as LUCUA South Dining (14F and 16F) since 5 April 2026, and the Daimaru Umeda restaurant page now lists only cafes.
