Yokohama: Where to Eat, What to Do and Where to Stay

Food · Things to do · Where to stay

Most of what visitors come to Yokohama for sits on the waterfront between Sakuragicho, Minatomirai and Motomachi-Chukagai stations: Cosmo World, the Cupnoodles Museum, Nippon Maru, the Red Brick Warehouse, Yamashita Park and Chinatown. Sankeien Garden and the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum each need a separate trip.

The pages below split the city the way a trip does: where to eat, what to do, and which base to sleep in. Check the closures first. The Landmark Tower Sky Garden is closed until 2028 or later, Nogeyama Zoo closes on 7 January 2027, and the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is closed for renovation.
