Yamanashi: Where to Eat, What to Do and Where to Stay

Food · Things to do · Where to stay

The Yamanashi pages start with Mt Fuji and the Fuji Five Lakes area. Kawaguchiko Station, where the Fujikyu Line ends, is the base for most of it: loop buses leave from it for the ropeway, the north-shore sights, Lake Saiko and the lava caves.

Chureito Pagoda, Fuji-Q Highland and the Yoshida udon shops are on the Fujiyoshida stretch of the same line. The Yoshida udon shops serve lunch only and close one or two days a week.
