Good to know
There are four kinds of base here. The six Disney Hotels are the ones with Happy Entry; the Toy Story Hotel and the Fantasy Springs Hotel admit only their own guests. Official Hotels such as Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort and Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay link to the Disney Resort Line at Bayside Station. Partner Hotels such as Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (at Shin-Urayasu Station) and Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay run free shuttle buses to both parks. A Tokyo base such as The Tokyo Station Hotel works through the JR Keiyo Line or Musashino Line to Maihama.
Disney Hotels check in at 15:00 and out at 12:00, except the Celebration Hotel, which checks out at 11:00. Guests at a Disney Hotel can buy park tickets at the hotel; guests of Official, Partner and Good Neighbor Hotels must book a plan that includes eligibility to buy them.
Rates change daily, so none are shown. The Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center, to the left of the south exit of JR Maihama Station, has an Official Hotels counter on the 1st floor (8:00 to 15:00) and a Disney Hotels counter on the 2nd floor (7:30 to 16:00).

Happy Entry is open to every guest of a Disney Hotel, for the park that goes with the hotel. It works on every day of the stay except the check-in day, needs a 1-Day Passport for that park, and excludes some dates that are set about four months ahead.

A free shuttle bus to the parks
These four run their own free buses. Oriental needs no booking and takes about 15 to 30 minutes; Prana's leaves from Maihama Station and takes about 20 minutes; First Resort's takes about 5 to 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland; Celebration's takes about 20 minutes to each park.

Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Disney Ambassador Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel and Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel. Their guests get Happy Entry and can buy park tickets at the hotel.
