Priority Seating is the booking for dining with a minimal wait at restaurants in both parks and at the Disney Hotels. It is made on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets site; up to three restaurant bookings can be made per day of the visit, and each breakfast, lunch and dinner time can be booked once.

A 400-seat food court on the 1st floor of Ikspiari with eight stalls: dipping noodles, Chinese, Western-style diner food, Sanuki udon, stone-bowl bibimbap, charcoal-grilled pork bowls, teppanyaki and malatang. Every stall sells takeout, but food from outside is not allowed in the court.

An 88-seat buffet on the 1st floor built around vegetables, with savoury dishes and desserts and a glass-walled room facing the olive-and-fountain plaza. Weekday dinner and holiday lunch are ¥3,069 for adults, tax included; an Autumn Hokkaido Fair runs 1 September to 30 November 2026.

Japan's first Rainforest Cafe, a 385-seat theme restaurant with thunder, bird calls and moving animals. Online booking is open 24 hours, same-day booking is accepted, and there are private rooms.

A 52-seat branch of the sukiyaki restaurant founded in 1895, serving premium Japanese black beef. It reopened on 18 June 2026 after renovation and has a kids' menu and a foreign-language menu.

A 54-seat sushi restaurant of a chain founded in Tsukiji in 1924, using seafood delivered from the Tsukiji market. It has a kids' menu and a foreign-language menu.

Good to know
Meals here come in three kinds. Restaurants in the parks and the Disney Hotels are booked ahead as Priority Seating on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets site: up to three bookings per day of the visit, one for each breakfast, lunch and dinner time. Ikspiari, the four-floor complex at the south exit of JR Maihama Station, has the food court, the buffets and the sit-down restaurants. The hotels around Shin-Urayasu have buffets of their own.
For park restaurants, online booking opens at 10:00 (JST) one month before the visit and closes at 20:59 the day before. On the day, Priority Seating can be booked online from 9:00, and at the restaurant from 10:00 only if cancellations free up seats. If the Priority Seating time has passed, the booking is cancelled. Chef Mickey, Polynesian Terrace Restaurant, The Diamond Horseshoe and Cape Cod Cook-Off are where guests meet characters or see a show.
Ikspiari's English page gives 10:00 to 22:30 for the complex, and shop hours differ; they are listed in a PDF on the site, and restaurants note that hours can change for private events. Kyonouta's Autumn Hokkaido Fair runs 1 September to 30 November 2026.

Book Priority Seating on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets site. For park restaurants, online booking opens at 10:00 (JST) one month before the visit and closes at 20:59 the day before. You can make up to three restaurant bookings per day of the visit, and each breakfast, lunch and dinner time can be booked once.
Can I eat in a park restaurant without Priority Seating?
Only sometimes. If someone cancels or a Priority Seating slot opens during your visit, you may be seated, but seats may not be available. Same-day Priority Seating can be booked online from 9:00, and at the restaurant from 10:00. Hotel restaurants use a separate booking system.
Where can I meet Disney characters while eating?
Chef Mickey at the Disney Ambassador Hotel, which needs Priority Seating. In the parks, Polynesian Terrace Restaurant and The Diamond Horseshoe at Tokyo Disneyland and Cape Cod Cook-Off at Tokyo DisneySea serve meals with a character show and need advance booking. La Libellule at the Fantasy Springs Hotel is limited to Grand Chateau guests until further notice.

Ikspiari, at the south exit of JR Maihama Station and directly connected to Resort Gateway Station. It has restaurants on all four floors: the Ikspiari Kitchen food court and Kyonouta buffet on 1F, Rainforest Cafe on 2F, Seiryumon on 3F, and Salon de Sweets, Imahan and Tsukiji Tamazushi on 4F.
Is breakfast included at the Disney Hotels?
Not in every rate. It is included for Concierge Rooms and Suites at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Mickey's Penthouse Suite at the Disney Ambassador Hotel, and Speciale Rooms and Suites at MiraCosta. At the Toy Story Hotel you book Priority Seating and buy a dining ticket at Lotso Garden Cafe; at the Celebration Hotel you buy a voucher from the machines in front of Wish Cafe or Discover Cafe.
