Toruko rice (pilaf, napolitan and cutlet on one plate) is served at shops around Hamanomachi and at the restaurant inside Dejima.

For sweets, the castella shops keep shop hours: Shooken and Bunmeido are open 9:00–18:00 and Fukusaya 9:30–17:00. Shippoku, the table banquet cuisine, is by reservation: Kagetsu takes bookings by phone for two or more adults by the day before, and Sakamotoya takes reservations from two. For a late evening, Tsukimachi Nagasaki Yokocho is open to 22:00 (23:00 Friday and Saturday) and closed Monday, and Shianbashi Yokocho has more than 60 places with their own hours.
