Soup curry · Hirafu
Soup curry at lunch, with chicken, roast pork, chicken meatball, vegetable and thick-sliced bacon curries and a kids' curry. At dinner the menu turns to small plates and hot pots, including a crab curry pot. 30 table seats, 20 counter seats and a raised tatami area for groups and families.

2AFURI Niseko
Ramen and gyoza · Hirafu (Setsu Niseko)
The Niseko branch of the AFURI ramen group, inside the Setsu Niseko hotel. Noodles are made by hand each day in an open kitchen; the menu also has winged gyoza (steamed, fried or vegan), homemade tofu and cocktails.
The page of the Setsu Niseko hotel gives no opening hours.

3Ezo Seafoods
Sushi and seafood to take away · Hirafu
A seafood shop that now runs as pick-up only, with no dine-in and no delivery. The menu lists sushi and sashimi, crab and oysters, roe and sea urchin, cooked seafood, sake and wine, and dinner sets for 2, 4 or 6 people.
Pick-up only. Closed until 10 December.

A dinner-only corner inside the Nook Annupuri restaurant where Wagyu beef, lamb and king crab are cooked on a smokeless roaster. It runs only in the middle of the ski season.

5Rakuichi
Soba kaiseki · Niseko town
A soba restaurant with 12 counter seats (a table for 4 is added from 1 December 2026) that serves one 2-hour soba kaiseki course, starting at 12:00 or 19:00 only. Booking is online, for at least two people, and every guest, including small children, needs a booked seat. Vegan and vegetarian diets cannot be accommodated.

6Milk Kobo (Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm)ミルク工房（ニセコ高橋牧場）
Dairy shop and sweets · Niseko town (Soga)
The shop of the Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm, selling sweets made with fresh milk. The same farm site lists a baumkuchen workshop, a yogurt workshop and a cheese factory, and gift sets are sold through its online shop.

Farm restaurant · Niseko town (Soga)
The restaurant of the Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm, next to Milk Kobo. Lunch is two set menus with a drink bar (one adds dessert); dinner is a course of seasonal local produce. Dinner bookings are taken online through the site.
Winter dinner dates are not posted yet.

A café inside the Chatrium Niseko hotel that roasts its coffee in small batches and serves deli plates built on local produce, such as a Tokachi wagyu burger.

The base restaurant of Niseko Annupuri, entered straight from the slopes. The menu runs from ramen, curry, hamburgers, pizza and spaghetti to unagi and ikura rice bowls; at dinner it adds jingisukan and seafood on a smokeless roaster.

A two-storey, 600-seat restaurant, café and bar at the Hanazono base, with a night dinner menu from 15:30.

12POWDERHOOD Restaurant & Taproom
Brewery taproom and lunch · Hirafu (Grand HIRAFU base)
A restaurant with its own craft beer brewery inside ALPEN NODE at the Grand HIRAFU base. The menu lists a burger, a Hokkaido-made sausage dog and a pizza with Shiribeshi fruit.
Green season to 3 November 2026; winter hours not posted yet.

Good to know
Many Niseko places to eat follow the ski season, so check the dates first. The Annupuri and Hanazono base restaurants have posted 2026–27 dates starting 28 November; Grill Corner at Annupuri runs only from 19 December to 28 February; Ezo Seafoods in Hirafu gives 10 December as its reopening day; and Rakuichi is closed for all of November 2026. The 12 places below were checked on 22 October 2026 against each place's own site or its ski area's official page.
Booking rules are stated by only a few places. Rakuichi takes online bookings only, for at least two people, with one sitting at 12:00 and one at 19:00 and a full charge for cancellations within 14 days. Prativo takes dinner bookings through its site. Ezo Seafoods is pick-up only, walk-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Where a place's site gives no hours, this page leaves them out.
Hirafu, the village at the base of Grand HIRAFU, is part of Kutchan town. Milk Kobo, Prativo and Rakuichi are in Niseko town, a drive away from the ski villages: Milk Kobo is about 10 minutes by taxi from JR Niseko Station.

Winter-only and booked-ahead dinners
Rakuichi seats 12 at the counter (plus a table for 4 from 1 December 2026) for one soba kaiseki course at ¥26,620, booked online for two or more. Grill Corner at Annupuri serves dinner only from 19 December to 28 February. Ezo Seafoods reopens on 10 December for walk-in pick-up.
Lunch without leaving the slopes
Nook Annupuri is entered straight from the slopes and serves 11:00–16:00 from 28 November. Hanazono EDGE has 600 seats next to Hooded Lift #1, and Café Hanazono 308 sells coffee and pastries from 8:00.

Milk Kobo sells sweets made with fresh milk from the Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm; the farm's restaurant, Prativo, serves lunch sets and seasonal-produce dinner courses at ¥6,600 and ¥8,800. Green Farm Cafe in Hirafu serves deli plates on local produce.

Tsubara Tsubara has a kids' curry and a raised tatami area for families. Nook Annupuri's menu runs from ramen and pizza to rice bowls. At Rakuichi every child needs a booked seat and there is no children's menu.

Do I need to book restaurants in Niseko?
It depends on the place. Rakuichi takes booked seats only, for two people or more, with a full charge for cancellations within 14 days. Prativo takes dinner bookings through its site. Ezo Seafoods is walk-in pick-up only. The Annupuri and Hanazono ski-area restaurants list no booking rule.
Which Niseko restaurants are open only in winter?
